學生入學申請流程

STEP 1: STUDENTS & PARENTS INTERVIEW
After an initial consultation with the students' parents, the following process will be followed.

步驟一: 學生與家長個別面談
在與學生及家長進行初步面談後，將遵循以下流程。

STEP 2: SUBMIT APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Please submit the following completed documents to our admissions office:

步驟二: 繳交申請表及備審資料
請備妥以下資料繳交至招生組:

1. Completed Application Form For Eton Hll Academy.
   填妥同德國際實驗教育機構申請表
   
2. Identification
   身分資料
   
3. Transfer Certificate or Graduation Certificate.
   在學證明或畢業證書
   
4. Official transcripts or report cards from the previous two academic years.
   近兩年的成績單
   

STEP 3: ADMIN DEPAREMENT REVIEW
After receiving these documents, the Admissions Office will complete a review to determine whether student interview can be offered.

步驟三: 文件審核
招生組將審核家長提交的申請文件，以判定是否合適安排家長及學生進行面試。
同德國際實驗教育機構將聯絡符合資格的學生，並安排下一階段的面試。若申請學生未能通過此階段審核，原因可能包括成績未達標準或語言能力不足等，學校將另行通知。

STEP 4: ACCEPTANCE DECISION

After the interview and a review of the final documents, an acceptance decision will be made.

If an applicant is not accepted at this stage, their family will be officially notified by telephone.

After a written formal acceptance is received, all tuition and fees must be paid by the designated due date in order to reserve a seat. Failure to meet the deadline will result in forfeiture of the student’s enrollment and placement on the waiting list.

Once an applicant is accepted, the Student Medical Information and Student Enrollment Information are required to be completed by a parent or guardian as a condition of enrollment.

步驟四: 錄取結果

同德國際實驗教育機構將依據面試以及備審資料來評估申請學生的資格；未通過審核的學生將收到學校的電話通知。

一旦收到正式的錄取通知，請在指定的繳費期限內完成繳費程序，以確保自己的錄取名額。逾期未繳費者將失去錄取資格，並可能影響候補名單中的順序。

完成錄取程序後，學生需要提交由其父母或監護人填寫完整的健康資料和入學相關文件。
